Redemptoris Missio is a foundation with its headquarters in Poland that works to aid people all over the world by delivering specialized medical assistance, as well as giving infrastructural and educational opportunities. Their customer relationship management system required new features as well as a complete rebuild.
Project required conducting research and gaining a grasp of the requirements posed by its users. The previous system was an outdated and complicated desktop application, which necessitated a comprehensive rebuild. The primary objective of the redesign was to provide foundation staff with an approachable method for managing philanthropists who provide financial support for a variety of charitable causes.
The app has been updated with a new, more intuitive user interface, and it now includes all of the essential elements that deliver a daily summary of philanthropists, volunteers, involved institutions, and current missions.
